Step 8 : Decorate the Interior with Anime Goods

Put the Anime decals on the backs of seat. It is directed the instruction of this kit. However, it is poor quality and dull. I decided to make some 1/24 scale real Haruhi Suzumiya goods and decorate them in interior.

Cushion and Jumbo-cushion

I made the cushion and jumbo cushion body of epoxy putty.

Made a rubber cast and reproduced them.

Making the following cushion covers.

Printed those images to Miracle Decal from K-Trading with the ink-jet printer.

Applied the decals to the cushion bodies, and coated the flat clear paint.

Applied the decals to the jumbo cushion bodies, and coated the flat clear paint too.
Upper image is right side, and lower image is reverse side.

Key Ring

Making the following key ring for ignition key.
Printed the left image to the Miracle Decal from K-Trading too.

I applied the decal to the plastic sheet and clipped out. The chain is "Extra-fine plating chain" from Flagships. Ring is 0.3mm metal line.

Put it to the ignition key cylinder.

Car Navigation Display and Knee Pad

Applied the anime image to the display that was build in step 3.

Knee pad for left foot is omitted. I replicated it of plastic sheet.

Jigsaw Puzzle

Tonneau covers looks bare as the Itasha. I decided to put the jigsaw puzzle panel on it because it was the best fit size in many Haruhi Suzumiya goods. I replicated the following products.

Printed the image to the printer paper, and coated the surface with a clear tape. Applied it to the plastic sheet and put the frame to circumference of it.

Jigsaw puzzle panel was finished. I made another size jigsaw puzzle panel to weigh. However, I was rejected because it was small. This picture frame is following products.

Folding Fan

I scratched build the folding fan to decorate on the dashboard.

Printed the image to the printer paper.

Clipped out and made the creases, and put the ribs of a fan.

the folding fan was finished.

I put the stand for fan to the reverse side.

Decorate was finished

Joined this Interior, chassis and body after this, and this model was completed.
