Step by step report the Itasha Mazda RX-7(FD) "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya"
Step 1: Front Grill


Front Bumper

Combination lamps and fog lights are molded unity with front bumper. lip spoiler is shallow features.




Drilled the holes in the combination lamps, and cut off the fog lights from the bumper. I modified the lip spoiler with well-defined features by sandpapered it.




The top of lip spoiler. It was made 0.5-1.0mm longer and sandpapered too sharp.





Combination Lamps
Made the round end rods.




Inserted the rods in holes of the combination lamps.




Puttied in it with epoxy putty.




Peeled the putty after hardening. The reflectors were finished.




Airbrushed the ALCLAD II lacquer color 107 Chrome on them.




Test assembling.





Fog Lights

The fog lights cut off from the bumper is cheep. I scratch build them from vinyl tube and epoxy putty.




Fog lights were finished.




Test assembling.
It is better than normal fog light.
