Modify the IJN Anchor



Left image is the IJN anchor part of 1/700 waterline model.




But the shank of real IJN anchor is retracted into the anchor recess.

The top of shank turns on hinges in the crown. This shape is not replicated in the kit part.

Cut the shank.




Sharpen the flukes with a file.




Put the plastic strip on a slant.




The anchor part seems to have become real. But this way make it a condition that the anchor recess of kit is accurately molded. If it is not accurately molded, you should modify it
